We have used Dominic for three real estate transactions so far (2 on the selling side and 1 on the buying side) and would highly recommend him to both home sellers and buyers. We enjoyed working with him on all phases of the home buying and selling process, but I would say his strengths are in communication (with clients, other agents, builders, and other local experts) and in managing his for-sale listings. He is an agent that seems to enjoy the challenges of selling homes both in good times and bad.Our first experience was when he helped us sell our home in a very difficult, over saturated market. He helped us price it right and actively managed our listing to make sure we were positioned correctly with the competition. With his hard work, we were able to sell our home in a short amount of time during a period where the majority of our competition was unable to find buyers, even 6 months later. As our buyer's agent for our next home, he did an excellent job negotiating with the selling agent to get us under contract. We needed a few special conditions and timing on our end to make the deal work, and he was able to negotiate with the other agent to get a contract that worked for everyone. (And it really mattered because there were others concurrently writing contracts for the same property.) We don't particularly enjoy selling homes or moving, so we are glad that Dominic has been able to get us through it. One note on the star markings above: Under "Process Expertise", we selected "good" rather than "masterful". Dominic is very good, and if there is something he has a question about or needs clarification on, he will go and find that answer for your quickly. (examples: HOA questions, zoning issues, ect.) "Masterful" seemed like an odd choice, but he is a five start Realtor!

Dominic took a very hands on approach with us. At one point during the inspection he found an issue for us. He then took it upon himself to call customer service for the issue we had and had them send us a new part to fix it. I have never had an agent go that far out of their way to make sure we were taken care of.

About Dominic East
After moving to loveland from Southern California in 2001, my wife convinced me to chase my lifelong dream of becoming a Realtor. Early success in the business only fueled the fire, and I have enjoyed a career in real estate ever since. I love the day-to-day challenges of the real estate business. Meeting new people and helping them buy and sell properties still drives me. Every time I close a sale, it gives me as much satisfaction as my first transaction did. I was named Rookie of the Year award by the Loveland-Berthoud Board of Realtors in 2003. I’m also proud of the multiple Diamond Club and Diamond Club Elite awards I earned from Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage for sales volume. My wife of 30 years and I love the quality of life, slower pace and welcoming community that Northern Colorado offers. Now that we are empty nesters, we love to travel. We try to spend our anniversaries at a different Major League Baseball stadium every year. I also have a passion for dirt bikes and mountain biking, which I still enjoy racing from time to time.
